Cannellini Toscani (Varieta' Montalbano) are a beautiful creamy vanilla color, a delicious nutty flavor, and a slightly meaty texture.

Cannellini are great in Pasta Fagioli or in a simple bean salad drizzled with olive oil. Cannellini beans are mild in flavor and hold their shape well.
