Exercise smarter with the Polar FT2 heart rate monitor. The FT2 provides continuous, accurate heart rate that will help you exercise at the right intensity. To help you exercise safely and efficiently, the FT2 automatically determines your heart rate target zone. At the end of your exercise, you'll receive a training summary that includes the duration of your workout along with your average and maximum heart rate. Includes the T31 coded transmitter that is individually coded to pick up your heart rate monitor and not others nearby, eliminating any cross-over during group exercise or when there are several training computers in the same area.
