The Impression Mill's curved imprinted wood body and striped ball top are beautifully stained and hand-painted. With no interlocking parts, the exclusive William Bounds stainless and ceramic milling mechanism prevents the mill from jamming or wearing out. Designed to crush rather than grind ingredients in both directions, our milling mechanism maximizes flavor with minimal effort. The Impression Mill is fully adjustable from extra fine to extra coarse; simply twist its knob clockwise for coarse and counterclockwise for fine. Use alone, as either a salt or pepper mill, or in combination with another PepArt mill to create a colorful salt and pepper set sure to add character and flair to any kitchen!
