The Piper's 3rd Hand frees the Piper's bottom hand for Drone adjustment without losing the true sound of the low and high "A" tuning notes. Tapered to fit. Slips on and off the Chanter easily. Super grip and smooth inside surface ensures a tight seal for true sound.
