In addition to being beneficial to pregnant women, red raspberry leaf tea is used for various other health issues. Throughout various stages of pregnancy, red raspberry leaf tea is beneficial. In addition to helping to tone the uterus, it helps relieve symptoms during pregnancy, such as decreasing nausea, relieving constipation, improving blood circulation, increasing milk production and preventing miscarriages. The tea eases labor pain, and helps make the delivery quicker and easier. It helps decrease the need for intervention during delivery, such as avoiding the need for a Cesarean section, the use of forceps or a vacuum birth, and preventing postpartum hemorrhaging.
