The Velleman MK131 Traffic Light MiniKit isn't just a fun kit to build, it's actually a miniature functioning four way traffic signal. With 12 LEDs (1 Red, 1 Yellow and 1 Green on each of the 4 sides) and with an adjuster on the circuit board, you are able to vary the timing interval of the light change.
