Use the Fruit Adjustment Knob the same way you would use the Juice Knob. Use it for juicing softer vegetables and fruits. The fruit knob has a softer spring, allowing pulp to be ejected more easily while juicing softer vegetables and fruits. WILL NOT FIT the Green Star Elite GSE5000 Juicer.
