The 1045 surgical steel drop point blade has been sharpened to its fullest and given a black thumb stud for optimum use. Just push the flipper on the spine of the handle about 45 degrees and watch the blade flick open. The liner locking mechanism ensures safety when this knife is not in use. The blade has a special "100,000 Tons of Power' etch on one side of the blade. The handle sports an aluminum United States Navy brass reflective emblem against a black backdrop with the USS Nimitz with two Fighter Jets. The back side of the knife is plain solid black aluminum with a sturdy belt clip. The glass breaker and belt cutter make this a perfect companion to have in emergency situations. Measures 8' overall.
