Tom Douglas created this robust mix of savory herbs, onions, and mustard to turn you into a veggie addict!  Blend it into salad dressing, veggie dip, or a saute.  We like to roast our veggies to bring out depth of flavor and create nice, crispy edges.  Really, you can't go wrong with this rub!
