Use this coloured cocoa butter to decorate or highlight chocolates by brushing it into moulds before filling; brush or stencil it on solid surfaces such as chocolates, fondant-covered cakes or cookies; or spray it from an airbrush onto chocolates, cakes, cupcakes, or sugar decorations.
