L'Epicurien Mustard with Truffle, 7 oz

Created in 1982, L'EPICURIEN began as a delicatessen in Paris, specializing in the production of home-made jams. After more than 15 years of development of this retail activity, Mr. Bernard Le Gulvout decided to focus exclusively on the traditional production of jam and savory products.
 
One of our favorites in the savory line is their Mustard with Truffle. The addition of black truffles (Tuber melanosporum and Tuber brumale) to their excellent mustard base brings an air of luxury and decadence to the simplest of meals. It enhances the flavor of everything from salad dressings to your favorite grilled sausage.
