This outstanding water collection site allows homesteading couple Rustin & Teresa Gooden to produce a unique salt with natural purity and distinctive taste. Crafting salt from extremely clean water, in addition to using solar evaporation and filtering techniques, allows them to offer a premium domestic sea salt with minimal carbon footprint. 

 

 

 
Smoked Sea Salt is the original Bulls Bay Sea Salt smoked with oak cut from the founder's homestead. 

 

 

The complex taste of these beautifully dark crystals are a delightful addition to chili, rice, grilled meat and fishes. It's also a fantastic addition when lightly sprinkled on cold salads and cheeses.
