Description
Soyabeaf® Natural Chunks are a textured soy protein product that can be used in place of meats in meat dishes and recipes. Light colored and unflavored, they are about 1/2 an inch wide, flat, and irregularly shaped. The Soyabeaf® Natural Chunks make excellent main and side dishes, and allow you to flavor according to your individual tastes. They require very little cooking, which saves valuable time in meal preparation. Great in stir-fries, stews, curries, etc. May also be added directly to soups. Season to taste.
