"Psoria Salve" is a natural bee balm containing a blend of chamomile, lavender, and rosemary essential oils with aloe, witch hazel, and marshmallow root. The aloe and witch hazel relieves inflammation and redness. A potent anti-flammatory chemical in aloe is as effective as hydrocortisone in treating skin irration, without hydrocortisone's detrimental effects on the immune system.
