The adjustment dial easily controls the grind thickness for a consistent texture, cook time and taste. Quickly choose from 6 different settings, from 0 (for finely ground flour) to 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, or 3 for medium to coarse cereal flakes. A lower slide allows clear view of the product while it's grinding. The metal hopper attaches with magnets for easier assembly and removal for a thorough cleaning. The Marga Grain Mill Flake Maker is equipped to attach a Pasta Drive motor (sold separately).
