A wide edge on one side of the bowl allows you to properly grip and steady the bowl when beating, and a pouring lip on the other side makes it easy to pour the batter into cake pans. This size is suitable for making small amounts of dough or batter and for beating 2 eggs.
Not intended for use in microwave or freezer. Heat resistant to 158°F/70°C. Resistant to scratches, stains, and odor transfer. Nests with other sizes of Rosti Mepal Margrethe mixing bowls.
