Happy Frog Raincoat, XS

Adorable hooded raincoat with a happy frog embroidered on the back, and soft cotton lining accented with white polka dots. Velcro strips around each sleeve to prevent rain splashing into the sleeves. An attached large D-ring for easy leash attachment. Velcro Closure.
