10" Chef Knife

Robert Irvine 4" paring knife is made from stainless steel blade material and polyoxymethylene (POM) handle. The full tang construction (full forged) continues into the POM handle. Handle includes three tubular compression rivets and the blade has a Rockwell hardness of 56-58. The blade has a satin finish that tapers from heel to tip ending in a point with a very sharp tapered cutting edge.
