The Typhoon woks are made using a traditional Chinese process to ensure that heat quickly disperses around the pan without causing the wok to smoke. This 12-inch Wok lid creates a seal over the wok to retain heat and steam, providing a thorough cook for more delicate dishes. Made of carbon steel with a black gloss finish, this lid is best washed by hand.
