Kills 99.9% of germs. We usually don't use drying alcohol in our products but for our hand sanitizer we had to reconsider. Alcohol is the most effective substance available to kill germs and bacteria. To help reintroduce moisture back into the skin we use vegetable glycerin and aloe while witch hazel helps soothe skin.
