Use these acetate cake collars for lining dessert moulds to make removal easier or for creating bands of chocolate to encircle cakes. The shiny surface won't dull the finish of chocolate. Each cake collar will encircle a 9"Dia cake (or tape two collars together for larger diameter cakes).
