Buchanans Fudge with Clotted Cream

Buchanan's of Scotland is the largest manufacturer of confectionery in Scotland and boasts the finest quality confections available. Based in Greenock, they produce over 50 lines of homemade confectionary, but their traditional Clotted Cream Fudge is an English favorite. If you're expecting a dense, chocolatey fudge, however, be warned that American fudge has little resemblance to its Scottish counterpart.
