Chevron Texture Sheet Set

The world of chevron has been made easier with this set of three impression mats designed by master cake artist, Lauren Kitchens. From small, medium, to large you can achieve the chevron look with one press.  Intensify the color by lightly rubbing a colored buttercream into the lines of the chevron, then wipe away with a dry paper towel.  Or let the depth of the mat create such great shadows that the lines of the chevron speak for themselves.  These mats can be used on fondant, gum paste, or modeling chocolate.
