Pickled Cabbage (Dansk Rødkål) is a favorite sidedish in Denmark. Sweet, tender, and gently spiced, this is a perfect, warming accompaniment to roasted pork, game, or sausages. With a side of potatoes, dark bread, and some aquavit you'll be set to withstand even the coldest Scandinavian winter!
