Apply a tasteless food oil to the utensil from time to time and it will keep it looking like new! 
 This 11" deluxe curved spatula / turner is constructed of solid olivewood, which while being both hard and durable is also a beautiful wood with unique graining. ScanWood's Spatula is perfect for many tasks in the kitchen. The spatula features a squared handle with a thumb indentation for greater comfort. The spatula head measures 3" wide and curves upward to a tapered edge. The spatula is both elegant in design and wonderful to use! The Olivewood Series is available in an entire range of utensils.
