Sabarot Coco Beans - 500g

French Coco Beans are small pea-sized white beans that may be used in stews or cassoulets; they are also superb with lamb, sausages, gésiers (gizzards), or duck confit.
Originating in America, these beans were introduced in France where they quickly became a favorite replacing turnips and other root vegetables in casseroles such as cassoulet.
