To prevent oil stains, wipe with a damp cloth before using. Clean mat with a teak cleaning product or a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly. Over time teak will turn a natural silvery-gray color, a purely cosmetic progression. To retain the shower mat's original golden brown color, use a teak protector or sealer.
