Wild Lingonberry Jam by Landsberg

Although Lingonberries are best known as a Scandinavian fruit, they're also popular in Germany. Germans use Lingonberries in similar ways as the Swedish, pairing the tart spread as a fruity counterpoint to rich game meat, pork, or sausage. Also, try it as a filling for Black Forest Cake or as a glaze for sugar cookies. Plus, you can't go wrong with a thin layer spread on warm toast with butter.
