Colonna extra-virgin olive oil is made from specially selected olives grown on the Molise estate near Rome, which still belongs to the descendants of Price Francesco Colonna. Its consistent quality is due to expert blending of different varieties of olives that are separately harvested, milled and cold pressed. This results in a well-balanced oil of extraordinary purity and flavor. Any slight cloudiness or sediment is a sign of its natural, unfiltered state. Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
