Ripe, fine select native Palestinian variety Suri olives are blended with garlic at pressing. The crushing process produces a sharp and fresh, fruity olive oil with a delicate garlic flavor. Canaan olive oil helps farmers stay on their land. Our oils are produced by farmer cooperative members of the Palestinian Fair Trade Association. We guarantee fair prices to farmers and reinvest a portion of our profits in development projects that serve farming communities.
