Known as Bucatini or Perciatelli, many the inadvertent shopper has gone home with a box of this pasta mistaking it for Spaghetti. At first glance they look almost the same, long and thin. However, Perciatelli has a great little secret: a hollow middle that captures all that great sauce you prepared!
