An artisanal canning factory on the island of Groix in Brittany, France; Groix et Nature has eight employees who prepare recipes with an inimitable sea taste every day. This Lobster Oil is made from cooking local blue lobster and their shells with grape seed oil and delicate aromatics (shallots, carrots, and garlic).
 
This versatile, chef-ready, reddish-gold colored infused lobster oil is prepared with all natural ingredients and can be used to enhance seafood dishes, salads, pasta, risotto, mashed potatoes, and many other recipes.
Each bottle contains 3.38 fl oz (100ml) of My Lobster Oil by Groix et Nature.
