This premium olive oil is a blend of early harvest, green pungent, and peppery olive oil with late harvest, ripe, sweet and buttery olive oil that combines for a textured blend suitable for most culinary applications. Our oils are produced by farmer cooperative members of the Palestinian Fair Trade Association. We guarantee fair prices to farmers and reinvest a portion of our profits in development projects that serve farming communities.
