Hengstenberg's German Mustard is made of a mixture of yellow and brown mustard seed, harmoniously combined with vinegar, salt and spices, and no preservatives added. The mustard is suitable for BBQ's, fondues, preparing meat, fish and egg dishes, as well as for sauces and salad dressings. Must be kept refrigerated after opening. Available in three distinct varieties: Original (Medium Hot), Sweet, and Xtra Hot.
