This natural blueberry flavor is produced in a base of vegetable glycerin and/or natural grain alcohol and contains no added sugars or fats. This natural blueberry flavoring is perfect for flavoring cakes, cookies, frostings, hard candy and more. Use approximately 1/4 ounce of this blueberry flavoring per pound of dry ingredients. When flavoring hard candy use twice the amount as you would of the candy oils. You get 4 fl. ounces of this all natural blueberry flavoring per order.
