Currently the OneCup packaging and the coffee are all 100% biodegradable. The lid and the mesh filter, are the only components not biodegradable - and we are working on that! Now, everyone says this, but it is really true with us. We source only the very best quality Arabica coffee beans, grown high in the mountains and hand-picked for perfect ripeness. We are very, very picky (pardon the pun) - we have the most demanding standards in the business. When we have found the best beans, we then we roast them to perfection - to their fullest flavor point - using our proprietary and top-secret roasting system.
