Spanish Merula Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 16.9 oz

Merula is a wonderful Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced at the Merula Estate olive grove Perales in Merida in Southwestern Spain. Four olive varieties are used in the making of this olive oil; Arbequina, Hojiblanca, Picual and Morisca. The combination makes the oil a fine choice for everyday use in hot and cold dishes; a fruity and slightly tart flavor, with notes of apple and spice.
