Description
The mildest of the Trinidad sauces. Use on everything from omelettes to steaks. Excellent flavor, nice chunks of onion and spices
A delicious Caribbean concoction of onions, habanero peppers, vinegar, green peppers, celery, mustard, ginger, garlic, thyme, basil and other herbs unique to Trinidad.
Try combining a bottle with 10 oz. soy sauce and a 1/2 stick of butter for a Caribbean basting sauce for chicken, seafood, beef and pork.
