JOE TAFT - After many years of avid whitewater kayaking and instructing, river guiding, and basically living in his kayak all day, Joe developed chronic back pain. In 1996 during his pursuit to heal his back, Joe found yoga and later, his life's path, the practic and teaching of Anusara® yoga.
